Πρόκειται για ένα τραγούδι από το αγγλικό ροκ συγκρότημα των Queen.Χαρακτηρίζεται ως το δωδέκατο και τελευταίο τους κομμάτι για το 1991 & το άλμπουμ Innuendo .Κατά κύριο λόγο γράφτηκε από τον Brian May . Το τραγούδι εξιστορεί την προσπάθεια του Freddie Mercury να συνεχίσει να τραγουδάει παρά το γεγονός ότι πλησίαζε στο τέλος της ζωής του. Πέθανε από επιπλοκές εξαιτίας του AIDS , αν και η ασθένειά του δεν είχε ακόμη δημοσιοποιηθεί , παρά τα συνεχιζόμενα φαινόμενα κερδοσκοπίας των μέσων ενημέρωσης που ισχυρίζονταν ότι ήταν σοβαρά άρρωστος . Το τραγούδι παίζεται για πρώτη φορά ζωντανά στις 20 Απριλίου 1992 , κατά τη διάρκεια του "The Concert Freddie Mercury Tribute" , που εκτελούνται από τα υπόλοιπα τρία μέλη των QUEEN , με τον Elton John στα φωνητικά .
