Το "Driving Home for Christmas" είναι ένα χριστουγεννιάτικο τραγούδι που γράφτηκε από τον Βρετανό τραγουδιστή και τραγουδοποιό Chris Rea. Η πρώτη έκδοση κυκλοφόρησε αρχικά ως η B-side του σινγκλ του "Hello Friend" το 1986. Τον Οκτώβριο του 1988, μια επανηχογραφημένη έκδοση χρησίμευσε ως ένα από τα δύο νέα τραγούδια στο πρώτο άλμπουμ συλλογής του Rea New Light Through Old Windows. Κυκλοφόρησε ως το τέταρτο σινγκλ από το άλμπουμ τον Δεκέμβριο του 1988, όπου έφτασε στο νούμερο 53 στο UK Singles Chart ως το βασικό κομμάτι του The Christmas EP.
Παρά την αρχική του μέτρια θέση στα chart, το τραγούδι επανεμφανίζεται στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο Singles Chart κάθε χρόνο από το 2007, όταν έφτασε στο Νο. 33 και εμφανίζεται μεταξύ των 10 κορυφαίων χριστουγεννιάτικων σινγκλ.
